1. Does Proevent take care of the whole project process both the organization of events on request and the exhibition space construction?
Yes. When
organizing events on request and installing exhibition stands the first meeting is followed by the undertaking of the project – everything from the outline preparations to its realization.
When organizing an event we advise and guarantee the client a location, the program of the event, its performers, attractive setting up and equipment, and what is more, we take care of the protocol, catering, security and other elements of the organization which are essential for a successful realization of an event.
At the
fair constructions installation we take care of the whole fair organization which includes consulting on the image of your exhibition space, consulting on the material choice (Octanorm, Meroform, Maxima, carpentry etc.), on additional equipment and its arrangement in the exhibition space, the provision of required graphic elements, the cleaning of exhibition space during the setting up, the event and the dismantlement, transportation, and other individual needs.

3. If we decide to rent your equipment, do you deliver it too?
Yes. The equipment can be delivered to a location of your choice or you can take it over in our warehouse.
4. Which materials do you use at exhibition stand construction and how many sq m of the materials do you have?
Our exhibition stands are made of the following materials:
With Octanorm, Meroform, and Maxima systems we can provide over 5,000 sq m of exhibition space. The quantity is unrestricted with individual stands.
